General Information

We offer five categories of products: Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants, and Rings, all made from 14K White Gold with natural diamonds.

Located in Downtown Los Angeles, we aren't open to the public. Customers can contact us via email with their order number or by phone at +1(310) 770-2566, and we respond within 24 hours.

Order Status

There is no MOQ – Orders in stock will be shipped within 2-3 days and Not in stock within 2-3 Weeks.

We will email order status updates to the email address provided at check-out. Updates include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you love what you ordered from MUSE. But in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return or exchange items.

Full-price items purchased on muse.com may be returned to MUSE for return or exchange within five (5) days from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items, returned in original packaging. All returned items must be shipped via FedEx in their complete original packaging and in unworn, unused condition. Merchandise must be returned with original tags attached and protective packaging. A copy of the MUSE receipt must accompany your return. Credits will not include original shipping charges.

Please email orders@muse.com for return and/or exchange requests. Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for return or exchange. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item, less any shipping and insurance charges incurred to ship your items. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undelivered packages. All returns require signature confirmation. MUSE will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than muse.com. Items marked on Discount, Special or Custom Order may not be returned and are final sale. This includes all orders purchased on promotion and/or with a discount code. Discounts cannot be combined. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise and special and/or custom orders will not be accepted.

Note, items shipped using our free shipping option will be credited for the purchase price less any shipping and insurance charges we incurred to ship your order. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. All returns require signature confirmation. MUSE will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

MUSE reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in MUSE’s sole discretion.

Repairs

Our Repair Department only accepts repairs for items purchased on muse.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through muse.com.

If you should experience the need for repair on any MUSE item, please emailorders@muse.com and reference your name, address, order number and repair issue.

Repairs will be completed at no charge when caused by manufacturer defect within 180 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 180 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.

Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

Special Orders

Placing a special order is acommitment to the item purchased. Special orders are non-returnable,non-exchangeable, and non-refundable from the time the order is placed. Specialorders include engraving. Special orders can only be cancelled within 24 hoursof being placed. MUSE's knowledgeable and friendly staff are happy to answerany questions about special orders and customization to existing stock itemssuch as ring size, chain length. All special orders and customized engravingitems are subject to social media promotion without consent.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. We are unable to refund shipping charges for items canceled once they have been shipped. For cancelled orders placed using our free shipping option, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges we incur to ship package, if package has been shipped prior to notification of cancellation. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.Special Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production.

Security Policy

Online transaction with MUSE are secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, allowing safe Internet transmission.

Pricing

All MUSE prices are our current Suggested Retail prices. Prices are subject to change. MUSE reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Sales Tax:

MUSE charges sales tax for orders shipped in California. The sales tax rate depends on city and county guidelines.

Shipping

MUSE ships FedEx and UPS insured and offers three shipping options within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We ship Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Next Day Air. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped second day. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

All orders shipped outside the continental United
States, Hawaii or Alaska may be held for up to 10 business days to insure
validity. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United
States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.
Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, import duties, and taxes vary
by country and are the sole responsibility of you, the recipient. These fees
must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to
advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal
service for further information. All international orders are final sale.
